  My son wanted to stop by this restaurant today for dinner when we arrived I see nothing but young people working there which was fine they just needed to know what customer service was my son who is 15 yrs old and doesn't pay to much attention to detail even said hisself that the cashier or the young lady who made his food did not have good  customer service on top of that the restaurant was VERY DIRTY the only positive thing I can say is that the food was we definitely will be dinning here in the future but it will be at the Avon location

  This establishment is a prime example of poor and unacceptable workplace behavior, communication between fellow employees, and spread of available food options offered at a typical and well-managed QDOBA restaurant.
  
  The employees were fighting amongst themselves while serving customers. Little to no vegetables were available on the serving line. The guacamole, lettuce, and jalapeños were visibly soggy and unappealing due to them not being stirred or replaced. The employees were unaware of the ingredients they had in front of them.
  
  Furthermore, the employees were uncharacteristically candid with customers in the line and how other employees were at fault for vegetables not being served on the line.
  
  Overall, an appalling and sour experience that cements my further visits to any other tex mex place in the area, and in the future.

  It bothers me when I walk into a place where three employees are standing around and as soon as I am spotted they all disappear to the back and leave me standing there for quite a while... then slowly emerge, giving each other looks and barely able to keep from laughing.
  Personally it wasn't really funny to me...
  I asked them was this standard procedure to hide when customers come in and I was told that one of the gentlemen apparently had a thirst emergency, the other followed to assist and the third one stated that he was trying to get one of the others to get off the clock.. yet here are all three fixing my bowl even so I seemed to have obviously inconvenienced them.
  Extremely rude and weird...

  Employees are rude, no eye contact, rush you down the line, as they sling the food in your bowl like it's inconveniencing them.  Lastly they basically shove you out the door with a sarcastic have a good day!   Poor customer service! Will not be back!
  
  Side note: get home (10min) down road - rice is cold and tastes like it's been sitting. I'm pretty certain the staff today showed up to work and did the bare minimum.

  Great for large group catering orders! I ordered the catering hot bar for a group lunch and they delivery. I like the different options Qdoba has for vegetarian/low carb diets.
  I would suggest giving yourself an extra 30 minutes to set everything up. When ordering they do mention it takes the delivery driver 15 minutes to set up, but if you want the name tags for the food- you need to do that yourself.
